Your ego, tailored
01Atelier · Avilés
Independent tailoring for people who refuse to go unnoticed. Unrepeatable pieces, cut to your own silhouette, found in no shop window.
02Armour
Clothing is not a surface layer; it is an armour of identity.
Long before clothing was fashion, it was defence. A surface that announced who you were before you opened your mouth. We still do exactly that — only the battlefield has changed.
A refuge from uniformity.

03It starts with what nobody looks at

A button. The curve of a lapel. The exact degree a shoulder falls. None of it is decided in a factory: it is decided with you standing there, once.
04How it is made
The appointment
You come to the atelier. We talk about who you are and what you want people to read before you speak. There is no catalogue to choose from.
The measurements
We take your whole silhouette and keep it. From here on, nothing you own from us is ever a size again.
The piece
Cut and sewn for you alone. No second one exists, and none will be made.
05Archive
Every piece carries a code because there is no second one. RF—00N isn't a catalogue number — it's the one time that cut existed.

None of these pieces can be ordered as they are. Each one starts a different conversation.

Twelve numbers, and the garment changes with each
You can write your measurements down before anyone puts a tape on you. The drawing redraws itself with every number, so you see what each one does: the chest widens, the length drops, the shoulder moves the whole silhouette.
They are kept against your address and nobody here looks at them until you send them. And nothing is cut from them: cloth is cut from the ones Romeo takes by hand, on you.
Sign in and write themStart specifying it before you come
Four decisions — cut, length, lapel and cloth — and the pattern redraws itself with every one. Nothing is bought there: it is for arriving at the appointment knowing what you like and, above all, what you do not.

Most people wear whatever was on the rail. You don't have to.
